Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to order?
Measure your steering wheel diameter (outer edge to outer edge) before ordering. See our full Sizing Guide with stock diameters for common truck makes. Quick rule: 18" for Class 8 big rigs (Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, Volvo, Mack); 14.5–15" for cars and SUVs — and check whether your car's wheel is round or flat-bottomed, because our 15" cover is cut for flat-bottom (D-shape) wheels.
Will the seat cover fit my truck?
Our beaded seat covers are universal-fit. They install on most semi-truck bucket and air-ride seats including Volvo VNL, Kenworth T680/T880, Freightliner Cascadia, Peterbilt 579/389, and Mack. They use elastic + hook attachments, not vehicle-specific clips, so they fit virtually any cab seat.
Do beaded seat covers actually work?
What do they actually do?
They ventilate — they don't refrigerate. The beads hold you a few millimetres off the upholstery so cabin air can reach your back and sweat can evaporate instead of pooling. On a short trip you won't notice; on a long summer haul you will. Are they comfortable?
They're firm, and that firmness is what keeps the airflow gap open under your weight. Most drivers stop noticing the beads within a few days. If you want cushioning rather than ventilation, the seat cushion is the better product.
Installation
How long does installation take?
Most products install in under 5 minutes:
- Steering wheel covers: stretch over the wheel and you're done
- Beaded seat covers: 3 steps — elastic loop over the headrest, central disc through the seat gap, bottom hooks under the seat base
- Suede seat cushions: drop in, secure the strap behind the seat

Materials & Care
What is the cover made from?
Each product description lists exact materials. Generally: anti-slip leather grip on steering wheel covers, smooth wooden beads + breathable mesh + leather edging on beaded seat covers, perforated suede on seat cushions.
How do I clean it?
Most products are spot-clean only. Use a damp cloth with mild soap. Don't machine-wash — it ruins the elastic and the bead string.

How fast is shipping?
Standard US orders ship in 2–3 business days via Amazon's fulfillment network. We don't currently ship internationally from this storefront.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — every order on vyonixstore.com ships free within the US.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30-day satisfaction guarantee. We use Amazon's return system: log into amazon.com → Your Orders → find your Vyonix order → "Return or Replace Items" → print the prepaid label. Refunds typically post within 5-10 business days of Amazon receiving the item. Full returns policy.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Email a photo to support@vyonixstore.com and we'll replace it immediately — no return needed for damaged items.
