Exchanges:

  • We do not directly offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Amazon MCF handles the return shipping logistics once the return is initiated, but please make sure to use an Amazon-approved shipping method to ensure your return is processed.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a free return and a replacement, if necessary.

  • In such cases, Amazon will cover the cost of return shipping.

How to Return:

  2. Follow the steps to print your return shipping label and send the item back to the Amazon MCF warehouse.
