Return & Refund Policy

At Vyonix, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process based on Amazon MCF policies.

Return Eligibility:

You can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be initiated through Amazon’s return process. To start a return, please log in to your Amazon account, go to the "Your Orders" page, and follow the instructions for initiating a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

Products that have been used or washed.
Products that are not in original condition (e.g., damaged or altered).

Refund Process:

Once Amazon has processed your return and it is received in the warehouse, they will notify us and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect on your payment method after approval.

Exchanges:

We do not directly offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Amazon MCF handles the return shipping logistics once the return is initiated, but please make sure to use an Amazon-approved shipping method to ensure your return is processed.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a free return and a replacement, if necessary.
In such cases, Amazon will cover the cost of return shipping.

How to Return:

Go to your Amazon account, navigate to the "Your Orders" section, and select "Return or Replace Items."
Follow the steps to print your return shipping label and send the item back to the Amazon MCF warehouse.
Once Amazon receives the return, you will be notified, and the refund will be processed.
