The Freightliner Cascadia's factory steering wheel measures 450–452 mm across (17.7–17.8 in), sold as an 18-inch wheel, with 4 spokes.

Both factory Cascadia wheels, 450 mm and 452 mm, sit inside our 18″ cover's range: it fits 44–46 cm (about 17.3″–18″). It goes on by hand in a few minutes, no tools.

How to measure the wheel on a Freightliner Cascadia
- Turn the wheel so the spokes sit level (the Cascadia wheel has four), and measure the rim from 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock, not across the spokes.
- Replaced the factory wheel? Measure the one you have. A 20 inch aftermarket wheel is too big for our cover.
- Measure straight across the wheel, outside edge to outside edge. If it reads 44–46 cm (about 17.3"–18"), it fits. At 46 cm it is a tight fit, so two people make it easier.

What size steering wheel cover fits a Freightliner Cascadia?
An 18-inch semi truck cover. The factory wheel is 450–452 mm across (17.7–17.8 in). A car cover (14.5–15 in) will not stretch that far.
Is the New Cascadia wheel the same size as the older one?
Not quite. They are different parts: the Classic and Evolution wheel is 452 mm, the 2018–2024 New Cascadia wheel is 450 mm. Both have four spokes, and the same 18-inch cover fits both.
Does the cover get in the way of the steering wheel buttons?
No. It is a closed ring that covers the rim only. The controls on the spokes stay where they are.
What about the 2025 and newer Cascadia?
We have not confirmed its wheel size yet. Aftermarket wheels list the 2018–2026 Cascadia as one fitment, which points to the same hub, but measure yours before ordering.
