If your Vyonix product isn't right for you for any reason — wrong size, didn't fit, or just changed your mind — you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.
Vyonix orders are fulfilled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, so returns are processed directly through Amazon's return system. Fast, trusted, and handled by Amazon's logistics network.
How to return
- Log into your amazon.com account
- Go to "Your Orders"
- Find your Vyonix order and click "Return or Replace Items"
- Follow the prompts to print your prepaid return label
- Drop the package at any USPS or carrier location listed on the label
- Refund processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after Amazon receives the item

- Wrong size or fit
- Change of mind, within 30 days
- Product not as described
- Manufacturing defects (covered indefinitely — not just 30 days)
What's not covered
- Damage from improper installation
- Wear and tear after 30+ days of normal use
- Items returned without original packaging
Damaged or wrong item on arrival?
Email a photo to support@vyonixstore.com. We'll ship a replacement immediately — no return needed for damaged items. Just send the photo.
Exchanges
We don't process formal exchanges. Faster path: return via Amazon's system above, then place a new order for the size/color you want. First-time customer? Use code WELCOME10 on the replacement order.
Refund timeline
Refunds post back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after Amazon receives the return. Your bank may take an additional 2-5 days to show the credit.
