Drop the loop over the headrest, pull the cover down flat against the backrest, then run the lower strap behind the seat base and cinch it. The perforation matters more than it sounds — a solid cover traps heat against your palms, and on a summer run with the sun full on the dash, that's the reason a cover ends up in the sleeper instead of on the wheel.
